Thrift Shop
The California Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Foundation operates a Thrift Shop at
Santa Anita for the benefit of the backstretch workers and their families.

If you would like to make donations to the Thrift Shop, items can be dropped off at the Thrift Shop during operation hours or at the Santa Anita medical clinic (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm).

All items donated to the CTHF are tax deductible at their fair market value.
Internal Revenue Service code leaves it up to you, the donor, to decide the fair
market value, which is usually defined as "the price a buyer is willing to pay and a seller is willing to accept."
